The applicants can also fill the application form offline mode/online at the official website
Applicants will fill the application form properly according to guidelines specified(Time Duration) in the brochure.
All the applicants must be uploaded your passport size photograph or signature (scanned) in the application form.
Applicants need to access the official portal (website) for submitting the application form online.
Applicants need to take the printout of the submitted application form (submit the same at any form selling center)
