UPSC Combined Geologist 2021 Eligibility Criteria:

The applicant must be an Indian Citizen/subject of Nepal/subject of Bhutan/Tibetan refugee to apply the form. Applicant age must have more than 20 years &32 years on the first day of the month of  January of the year in which the Exam is to appear. The post of Hydrogeologist, the age limit will be upper than 35 years. For the government servants & reserved servants will be given the legitimate relaxation in the upper age as per rules. According to the physical eligibility, Applicant must be fit physically for the exam.

Educational qualification:

Group ‘A’ of Geological Survey of India: Applicant must have master’s of degree ( in Geology /Applied Geology/Geological Science/Geo-Exploration/Engineering Geology/Mineral Exploration/Earth Science & Resource Management/Marine Geology/Oceanography &Geochemistry/Geological Technology/Petroleum Geosciences/Coastal Area Studies/Geophysical Technology/Petroleum Exploration/ Chemistry /Analytical Chemistry/Applied Chemistry).

Geophysicists Group ‘A’ of Geological Survey of India:

Candidate must have a complete M.Sc.(Tech/Applied Geophysics/Marine Geophysics/Applied Geophysics/Physics/Integrated/Exploration Geophysics/ Applied Physics/Geophysics/Physics degree).

UPSC Combined Geologist 2021 Application Form :

The release of application form in the month of March. The applicant must know that the online application form will be open on the official website of UPSC. In the application, form the applicant must fill the necessary details which are age, education qualifications, address, email ID & contact information. After fill, all these detailed applicants must have to upload the photograph & signature scanned. Successfully completed uploading section applicant enter in the payment section. After deposited the fee applicant application form will be successfully completed. The applicant must fill all the sections of the application before the due date. Incorrect & incompleted application form will not be accepted.

Application fee:

Applicant must be deposit Rs 200/- application fee. The female or SC/ST/PwBD applicant will not pay the fee. The (application form)payment will be deposit by any Visa/Master/RuPay/Credit/Debit card/Cash in any branch of SBI.

UPSC Combined Geologist 2021 Exam Pattern: 

First question paper of subjective nature which is in written form. Geologist post will conduct 3 question paper of 200 marks each & also the geophysicist post have conduct 3 paper of marks 200 of each paper. Same as Chemist post also conduct 3 papers of 200 marks of each paper. But Hydrogeologist will conduct 2 question papers the first will be Jr. Hydrogeology & second paper will be Geology. Those applicants will qualify the written exam they will have to qualify the Interview (Personality Test) & it will carry 200 marks(Interview).

For receiving the admit card applicant much be enter the login details. After entering the detailed admit card be open. Admit card is the most important document for the applicant. Applicants must carry they are admitted card to the exam center.

UPSC Combined Geoscientist and Geologist Exam Syllabus 2021:

According to the syllabus of UPSC Combined Geoscientist and Geologist Exam 2021 will be different for all 4 categories. The applicant must know that General English is compulsory & common for all. The applicant will have to write a short essay in English (General English Paper).
